Podcasts!

I've spent the past few days in workshops at my new school, and have finally learned how to make podcasts using Garageband... and it is SO EASY!! And addictive. I've put three "book talk" podcasts below, as well as one promotional podcast, asking for students and other teachers to submit their own book talks/reviews to the library's website. I have also discovered the site GoAnimate.com, which is fun to play with. I've made a few library promotions.

Flickr Fun

This week I have been exploring Flickr and some of the apps/ mashups that go along with it. I really enjoyed checking out the 365 Days of Library Pictures project (see the link on this post). It made me wish my computer hadn't deleted my awesome pictures from libraries in Slovenia and Vienna.
